German Professor Came to Tajikistan to Treat a Burned Girl

A well-known expert in the field of cosmetic, plastic and aesthetic surgery and burn diseases (combustology), President of the Association of Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery in Europe, Professor Edgar Beemer came to Tajikistan from Germany in order to treat the minor Osiya Zulfonova, who suffered a burn on June 19.

After examination, Beemer called the patient’s condition as stable moderate.

Beemer studied the history of Osiya’s disease in advance and brought the necessary medications for effective treatment. Beemer also noted that he would do everything necessary for the speedy recovery of this burned girl jointly with Tajik doctors.

We will recall that on June 19, at about 11:30 am, a 6-year-old girl with a burn was taken to the City Hospital No. 3 of the Shino District.

The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon expressed concern regarding this accident and instructed the Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan Nasim Khoja Olimzoda to take under strict control the treatment and care of the injured child.

Professor Beemer expressed his willingness to contribute to the examination and treatment of other patients who received burns of varying degrees.
