Minister

ABDULLOZODA Jamoliddin Abdullo

He was born on December 9, 1966 in Tajikistan. After graduating from high school, he entered the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University, where he graduated in 1989.

From 1989 through 1990 he worked as an intern at the City Clinical Hospital №5 in Dushanbe.

From 1991 through 1992 he worked as a doctor-surgeon at the City Hospital №7 under the Dushanbe City Medical Center.

From 1992 through 1998 he worked as a resident doctor at the Department of Surgery at the City Clinical Hospital №3 in Dushanbe.

From 1998 through 2008 he worked as the head of the surgical department of the City Clinical Hospital №3 in Dushanbe and from 2008 through 2014 as the chief doctor of the City Clinical Hospital №3 in Dushanbe.

From 2002 through 2004 he worked as an assistant, then associate professor of General Surgery №2 of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University, from 2008 through 2014 as a professor of the department, as well as head of the department of General Surgery №2.

From 2014 through 2017, he was the chief doctor of the City Clinical Emergency Hospital.

From 2017 through May 5 he worked as the Director of the State Institution “Istiklol Health Complex”.

By the Decree of the President of Tajikistan dated 5 May 2020 he was appointed as Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population.

He was awarded the Medal of Shafkat (Mercy, 2009), and honorary title of Honored Worker of Tajikistan (2015).

Academic title: Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor.

First Deputy Minister

MUHSINZODA Ghafur Muhsin

Muhsinzoda Ghafur Muhsin was born on 5th May 1961 in Tajikistan, He is Tajik, has a higher education, and is a doctor of medical sciences.

He began his career in 1981 as a nurse at the City Clinical Hospital No.5 in Dushanbe.

From 1984 through 1986 he was a clinical resident of the Department of Surgical Diseases No. 1 of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University.

From 1986 through 1990 he worked as an employee of the Surgical Department No. 5 of the City Clinical Hospital No. 5 in Dushanbe.

From 1990 through 1992 he worked as the head of the Surgical Department No. 6 of the City Clinical Hospital No. 5 in Dushanbe.

From 1992 through 1997 he was the head of the Surgical Department No. 6 of the Republican Center for Cardiovascular Surgery.

From 1997 through 2008 he worked as the Director of the Republican Center for Scientific and Educational Self-Government and Production of Reconstructive Surgery.

From 2004 through 2006 he worked as a Chief Specialist of the International Relations Department of the Central Office of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan.

From 2006 through 2008 he worked as a Leading Specialist of the Reforms and International Relations Department of the Central Office of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan.

From 2008 through 2018 he worked as the Head of the State Supervision Service for Medical Activities and Social Protection of the Population.

From May 2018 through May 2020 he worked as Head of the Main Department for State Supervision of Medical Activities and Social Protection of the Population of the State Supervision Service for Medical Activities and Social Protection of the Population.

In 1988 he was awarded the Lenin Komsomol Prize and in 2009 was awarded the Order of Honor I degree.

He speaks Russian, English and German.

Since June 15, 2020, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, he was appointed as the First Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Deputy Minister

Shodikhon Jamshed

Date of birth: March 22, 1962

Place of birth: Republic of Tajikistan

Nationality: Tajik

Higher education.

In 1985 he graduated the Tajik State Medical University on specialty of medical doctor, as well as in 2015 graduated the Khorog State University named after Academician M. Nazarshoev on a specialty of economics.

1985-1988 – he worked as a surgeon in a Khorog regional hospital.

1988-1992 – he worked as a neurosurgeon in the Republican Clinical Hospital No. 3 in Dushanbe.

1993-1995 – he worked as a neurosurgeon in a Khorog district hospital.

1995-2002 – he was appointed as the head of the department of neurology, traumatology and neurosurgery of the Khorog regional hospital.

2002-2008 – he worked as the chief doctor of the Khorog regional hospital.

2008-2009 – he worked in the health department of GBAO.

2009-2013 – he served as chairman of the Shugnon district of GBAO.

2013-2018 – he served as the chairman of GBAO.

He is a member of the NDPT and the Executive Committee of the Central Committee of the NDPT.

He was 4 times elected as People’s Deputy of GBAO (II, III, IV, V convocations).

Since 2013 he has been elected to the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan in two convocations (IV and V), as well as the Deputy Chairman of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.

On November 23, 2018, by decision of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, he was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan.

He was awarded the title “Honored Worker of the Republic of Tajikistan” and was awarded the medal of the 20th anniversary of State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

He is an excellent of healthcare in the Republic of Tajikistan.

Deputy Minister

Zulfiya Abdusamadzoda

Zulfiya Abdusamadzoda was born on 1st December 1969. She is Tajik, has a higher education, candidate of medical sciences.

In 1993 she graduated from Avicenna Tajik State Medical University.

From 1993 through 1994 she completed an internship in obstetrics and gynecology in the maternity ward of the City Medical Center №1.

From 1996 through 2003 she worked as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the City Medical Center №1.

From 2003 through 2014 she worked as the head of Maternity Hospital №3 in Dushanbe.

In 2014, she was appointed Deputy Director for Obstetric Care at the City Medical Center №1, where she worked until mid-June 2020.

On June 15, 2020 by Presidential Decree she was appointed Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population of Tajikistan.

Excellent Health Worker of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Deputy Minister

 Amirzoda Abdukholiq Amir

Amirzoda Abdukholiq Amir was born on November 27, 1963 in Tajikistan. He is Tajik by nationality, and has higher education. His specialty is sanitary doctor, epidemiologist.

He graduated from the Higher Medical University of Kharkov, Ukraine in 1982-1988.

From 1988 through 1999 he worked as Deputy Chief Physician of the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance of Mir Said Ali Hamadoni district of Khatlon region.

From 1999 through 2004 he served as Deputy Director of the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance in Dushanbe.

From 2004 through 2014 he was the Director of the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance of Sino district of Dushanbe.

From 2014 through 2017 he worked as Director of the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance of Ismoili Somoni district of Dushanbe.

From January 17, 2017 through July 4, 2021 he worked as Director of the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance of Dushanbe.

Since July 5, 2021, by the Governmental Decree he has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population.
