As part of the project “Strengthening demographic statistics in the Republic of Tajikistan”, implemented by the UN Population Fund (UNFPA) and funded by the Russian Federation, the State Institution “Republican Center for Statistics and Medical Information” of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population received computers, laptop and printer by four pieces each.
During the ceremony of handing over the mentioned equipment, it was noted that the statistical sector is one of the most important areas, and its goal and purpose is to collect correct, accurate and reasonable information.
The management and employees of this center expressed their gratitude to the initiators of this initiative and expressed that they will further improve their activities by using such modern equipment.
