There were no new cases of COVID-19 over the past day, reported the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population.
As of January 7, 13,305 infected cases have been registered, of which 13,153 or 98.8% have recovered. The overall number of coronavirus-related fatalities stands at 90 people since April 30.
Additionally, 62 other people with mild signs of COVID-19 are at home on outpatient treatment under the supervision of doctors.
