The Rector of the Tajik State Medical University named after Abuali ibni Sino Mahmadshoh Gulzoda met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Pakistan to Tajikistan Imran Haider to discuss the prospects of the mutually beneficial cooperation between TSMU and the Pakistani medical universities.
During the meeting, Mr. Imran Haider expressed the interest of the Pakistani side for the study of its citizens at the TSMU as well as noted that the interest of the Pakistani citizens to study at this medical university is increasing year by year.
Mahmadshoh Gulzoda noted that the university has all the conditions for training and living of foreign citizens and from the next academic year, the university is ready to accept some of the citizens of this country for higher medical education.
The meeting was held in a friendly atmosphere and mutual understanding, following of which the parties agreed to further cooperate.
