At the direct instruction of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, this morning at 6 00 hours, 46 Tajik citizens, who were in the Chinese city of Wuhan, returned to Tajikistan.
Citizens, who have been repatriated from China, will be in quarantine at the Harangon Sanatorium of Varzob district for two weeks. They will be supervised by the two groups of doctors. The sanatorium is provided with hot meals three times a day and their health status is examined 3-4 times daily.
Along with repatriated citizens, 17 responsible people for their repatriation will also be in quarantine.
It should be noted that on February 6, the Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population of Tajikistan Nasim Olimzoda at a press conference told reporters that Tajik citizens will be repatriated from the Chinese city of Wuhan in the nearest days.
More than 900 citizens, who arrived from China to Tajikistan, are under the control of doctors at infectious diseases hospitals. Fortunately, no cases of coronavirus infection have been reported so far.
