A meeting on the prevention of the spread of infectious diseases, including coronavirus, was held with the participation of representatives of private medical institutions and pharmaceutical companies of Bokhtar, Khatlon province. The meeting initiated by the Main Department of the State Service for Supervision of Health and Social Protection of Population in Khatlon and was held at the Provincial Center of State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance.
It was noted that on the direct instruction of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, a republican headquarters for preventing the spread of coronavirus was established in the country.
During the meeting, the specialists informed the participants about the history of coronavirus-2019-nCoV, the ways of its transition and its prevention.
It was recommended that in the case of increasing high temperature, breathlessness and similar symptoms citizens need to contact the experts.
Following the meeting, information leaflets regarding the prevention of coronavirus-2019-nCoV were distributed among participants.
