As we previously reported, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of Tajikistan daily holds online consultations with the participation of the ministry’s leadership, heads of health departments and heads of health facilities of cities and districts in order to analyze the situation with COVID-19 in the country and take strict measures to prevent and treat the disease.
To this end, an online consultation was held yesterday evening with the participation of Deputies Minister Ghafur Muhsinzoda, Samariddin Alizoda, Zulfiya Abdusamatzoda, heads of regional, cities and districts health departments.
The consultation focused on issues relating to the additional measures to prevent the second wave of COVID-19, to strengthen awareness among the population on compliance with the rules of prevention of the disease, outpatient monitoring, provision of medicines and other issues.
Officials were given specific instructions in order to further improve medical services and take additional measures to prevent and treat COVID-19.
