On March 1, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan launched a training course for government officials on the prevention of infectious diseases, civil defense, fire prevention and other emergencies, which will last until March 6 this year.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Academy’s Vice-Rector for Education Davron Safarov and the Director of the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Civil Servants Ibodat Ghanizoda.
On this day, the head of the Department for Sanitary and Epidemiological Safety, Emergency Situations and Emergency Medical Aid of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population Navruz Jafarov made a report on the situation with infectious diseases in Tajikistan.
During his speech, he informed the audience, in particular, about the sanitary and epidemiological structure of the country, as well as a comprehensive report on the methods of prevention of infectious diseases.
