On May 1, the Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population Jamoliddin Abdullozoda met with the Japanese Ambassador Toshihiro Aiki and the Chief of JICA Representative Office for Tajikistan
Seizu Imai.
It was noted that the Government of Japan was one of the first partners to provide assistance to Tajikistan during the COVID-19 pandemic.
It should be noted that also, the branches of the State Enterprise “Prosthetic and Orthopedic Factory” were renovated by the Embassy of Japan in Tajikistan in the cities of Khujand, Kulob and Khorug.
In this context, the Embassy of Japan was requested to support the establishment and construction of a branch of the State Enterprise “Prosthetic and Orthopedic Factory” in Bokhtar zone of Khatlon region.
