On July 3, a Forum on cooperation and exchange of experience between Tajikistan and China in the field of traditional medicine was held at the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan.
It was attended by the First Deputy Minister Gafur Muhsinzoda and representatives of traditional medicine from Chinese Chengdu University.
It was noted that cooperation between Tajikistan and China in the field of health and social protection has achieved significant success.
The forum lays a solid foundation for the priority direction of the industry, namely cooperation in the field of traditional medicine, exchange of information, achievements in the field of traditional medicine, creation of a system of training, retraining and advanced training of specialists, as well as carrying out research work in this direction, developing general principles accreditation of specialists, ensuring safety and quality of service.
Traditional medicine is widely used in most countries, and more and more countries are recognizing the importance of traditional medicine in health care and have successfully introduced it into their national health care systems.
It was presented short videos about the successes and achievements of the Chengdu University of Traditional Medicine of the People’s Republic of China and the activities of the Republican Center for Traditional Medicine of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan.
