A board meeting of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan was held on February 27.
It was attended by the Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population Jamoliddin Abdullozoda, his deputies Ghafur Muhsinzoda, Shodikhon Jamshed, Zulfiya Abdusamatzoda, the rector of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University Mahmadshoh Gulzoda, heads of sectoral services, the State Agency for Health Protection, heads of health departments of GBAO, Khatlon and Sughd, heads of republican centers and regional, city and district health facilities, as well as other staff.
Abdullozoda opened the meeting and introduced the meeting agenda to the audience.
According to the agenda, the head of the Ministry’s Internal Audit Department Fayzali Safarov made report on the Action Plan “Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2013-2020”.
The head of the Department of Medical and Pharmaceutical Education, Personnel Policy and Science Salomiddin Yusufi reported “On the arrival of graduates of the 2017-2018 academic year of state educational institutions of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University” and “the graduates of the 2019-2020 academic year of the Republican State Medical College”.
Deputy Minister Shodikhon Jamshed briefed the participants on the implementation of the decision of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated June 21, 2020, “On the State Program of Targeted Social Assistance in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2018-2020.”
Following the meeting, Jamoliddin Abdullozoda gave strict instructions to all officials – heads of health facilities to further improve the quality of medical services, including primary care, to strengthen the work of beautification, the ethics of communication of medical personnel, including physicians with patients, and responding to citizens’ requests.
