The Project intends to engage the services of a national consulting firm or non-government organization (Firm/NGO) to serve as the third-party monitoring firm of the Project. The main task is to provide an independent feedback and assessment of the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination program within the framework of the Project, including a satisfaction surveyamong vaccine recipients.
