It should be noted that given laboratory is provided with all working conditions, and its modern equipment allows to provide accurate diagnostics with high quality, meet international requirements and low cost of human resources. At the same time, objective of National Referential Lab consists of conduction of all clinical, biochemical, immunologic, bacteriological and virological studies.

The “National Referential Lab” consists of 3 floors and basement; the total area of the building is 1610 sq. m. First and second floors include laboratories and working rooms, third floor includes laboratories, working rooms, and classrooms for staff training. Also, all staff of the “National Referential Lab” passed a training course on work with modern laboratory equipment with the support of manufacturers. It must be emphasized that today in “National Referential Lab” 236 types of diagnosis is performed in short time and with very high quality. Including clinical blood and urine analysis, biochemical blood analysis, blood clotting analysis, immunologic tests, hepatitis, hormone level detection, rubella analysis, taxoplasmol, cytomegalovirus, syphilis, screening, chlamydiosis, trichomoniasis, ureaplasma, herpes virus, human papilloma virus, sitological and histologic analysis, bacteriologic analysis, gastrointestinal tract pathogen, brucellosis analysis, rheumatism and various types of cancer.  Analyzes showed that the advantage of the “National Referential Lab” is its exact diagnosis, and, at the same time, the next priority is operation timing. During interview with specialists of “National Referential Lab” it was found that if before blood of each patient was analyzed separately, equipment of facility empowers to conduct simultaneously an analysis of 60 patients. In addition, a patient must wait 1 day for the results of analyses. Experts at the “National Referential Lab” claim that; “Another advantage of our laboratory is confidentiality of the operations and medical secrecy. Instead of writing down the names we assign special code to each patient, and enter it to the system. A patient can keep to the house enter his code into computer and learn the results via internet. It is handy and easy – a patient will not waste his time and keep his secret either”. Also specialists believe that State Institution “National Referential Lab” of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan does not have the differences from outstanding laboratories that exist today in Germany, India, Iran, Russia and other countries.
