Today, the Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan Nasim Olimzoda met with the Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Abishev.
The Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan Mirhamuddin Kamolzoda, Head of the ministry’s International Cooperation Department Rano Rahimova, Sifat Innotech Invest Director Manizha Muhammad and guests from Kazakhstan also attended the meeting.
Nasim Olimzoda welcomed the guests to sunny Tajikistan, and noted the cooperation of two friendly and fraternal countries in various sphreres, including in the field of health.
Olzhas Abishev expressed his interest in collaborating with Tajikistan in the field of digitalization of health sphere.
During the meeting, the parties also expressed their interest in further expanding cooperation in the field of healthcare, including in the area of digitization, which is currently being developed worldwide.
It should be noted that tomorrow, October 3, Dushanbe will host the first meeting of the Interagency Coordinating Council.
The meeting will be chaired by the Nasim Olimzoda. Olzhas Abishev will be the official guest at the event.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan has developed a Roadmap for implementing an action plan to improve the health management information system of Tajikistan for the period 2018-2020, and for its early implementation, as well as for the development of digital transformation of the healthcare sector.
In December 2018, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan signed an agreement with Sifat Innotech Invest LLC on the development of e-government, digital transformation and telemedicine, and cooperation will be developed according to the public-private partnership model.
In August 2019, Sifat Innotech Invest LLC signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Republican Center for Electronic Health of Kazakhstan and together with the ministry of this country established and supported the Interagency Coordination Council.
