We inform all the interested Consultants that the deadline for submitting expressions of interest on the task “Procurement of financial statement audit services” is extended until January 27, 2023.
The consultant’s services include audit of expenses and financial statements for the project “Mobile diagnostics COVID-19 (the Republic of Tajikistan)” for the period from December 28, 2021 until December 31, 2022 and for the period from January 01, 2023 – December 31, 2023.
More detailed information on services (Terms of reference) is attached to the current notification on extension of the deadline for submitting expressions of interest.
The estimated date of contract duration is until April 30, 2024. The estimated date of signing the contract is March, 2023.
AIDS Infoshare Foundation for prevention and control of HIV and other infectious diseases (Project implementation Unit) invites eligible companies (further – «Consultants») to submit the expressions of interest to provide the services. Interested Consultants should provide information stating that they have the necessary qualification and relevant experience to perform the services required (description of similar assignments, experience of work in similar environments, availability of resources to perform the work etc.) and other information confirming compliance with the shortlisting criteria.
Criteria to be selected to a short list:
- Consultant experience in providing audit services in the government (public) sector no less than 5 years. Government (public) sector audit experience refers not only to the auditing of government entities, but also to government-funded projects;
- Consultant experience in providing a minimum of 3 assignments with a similar nature and scope within audit reviews of financial statements of the projects, financed by international financial organizations during the last 5 years.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 5.2 of the Procurement Policy for EFSD projects, which establishes a policy on conflicts of interest.
Consultants will be selected using the Least Cost Selection (LCS) method set out in the Procurement Policy for EFSD funded projects[1] and the Procurement procedure of the EFSD[2].
