The working meeting on discussing an Action Plan to prevent the COVID-19 transmission and spread in social protection institutions and their activities in case of announcing emergency was held on March 27.
The meeting was led by the Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population of Tajikistan on social protection affairs Shodikhon Jamshed and was attended by employees of the Social Protection Department and heads of republican structures of social protection.
Shodikhon Jamshed briefed on social protection issues relating to the work done by the Ministry to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus COVID-19.
Then, the Head of the Department of Social Services and Work with Public Associations Fakhriddin Yusufzoda told participants about the content of the above Action Plan.
Following the meeting, Shodikhon Jamshed gave specific instructions to the heads of social protection institutions to ensure the readiness of social protection institutions in the event of announcing emergency.
