DECREE
About Service of the state supervision of health care and social protection of the population
According to Article 12 of Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan” and Article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “About normative legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan” the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decrees:
To approve the Regulation, structure of central apparatus, management plan, list of institutions and organizations of Service of the state supervision of health care and social protection of the population system (Annexes 1,2,3 and 4).
To set the final amount of employees of Service of the state supervision of health care and social protection of the population up to 180 wages (without serving personnel), including central apparatus in the amount of 95 wages.
To permit the Service of the state supervision of health care and social protection of the population to have two Deputy Head, as well one First Deputy.
To set limit of company car for Service of the state supervision of health care and social protection of the population to the amount of 7 cars, as well for central apparatus 3 cars.
To implement financing of central apparatus, management plan of Service of the state supervision of health care and social protection of the population and organizations of its system using budget funds and special funds by agreement with ministry of finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Decrees of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan from April 3, 2007, under # 186 “About State Sanitary Epidemiological Surveillance service”, from October 1, 2008 under # 483 “About State service for supervision of pharmaceutical activities”, from December 29, 2012 under # 776 “State service for supervision of pharmaceutical activities” shall be deemed invalid.
Service of the state supervision of health care and social protection of the population as appropriate shall bring into compliance with the present decree its legal acts. Present Decree shall enter to force from January 1, 2018.

To appoint Bekmurodzoda Sulto Bekmurod the Head of Service of the state supervision of health care and social protection of the population of the Ministry of health and social protection of population of the Republic of Tajikistan
